Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a skills-based group geared towards education, practice, and process techniques that are effective with helping individuals manage overwhelming emotions. Based upon the four pillars of the DBT approach, participants will learn Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. This group is appropriate for anyone who is experiencing impulsive emotions, and having difficulty controlling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
